University faculty and staff can utilize this free system to create and post audio and video recordings of ongoing and one-time events, such as lectures, talks, and panel discussions. Members of the university community and general public can listen or subscribe to the podcasts available here.

Manage Podcasts

University faculty and staff can create and manage podcasts for courses, events, or announcements, by selecting Manage Podcasts.

NOTE: WebID login is required - When accessing the secured area for creating and managing podcasts, you will be prompted for a username and password. Your username is your Ole Miss WebID and your password is your WebID password.

Access Podcasts

Select Listings to access published podcasts. You can view and listen to podcasts in your Web browser or subscribe with a program such as iTunes.

NOTE: Uploading Podcasts with Firefox on a Mac Computer - Due to an issue with Firefox 3 and JAVA on Macintosh computers, the podcast upload application may not work correctly. The solution is to use Safari when uploading podcast episodes.
